Disclaimer: The You.We.Picky Eating Programme is designed for general educational purposes and does not replace individualised occupational therapy, medical advice or professional assessment. All strategies are intended to offer guidance, ideas and support, but may not be suitable for every child. If you have concerns about your child’s safety, nutrition, growth, swallowing, sensory needs or overall wellbeing, please seek advice from your GP, paediatrician, dietitian, speech and language therapist, or your own occupational therapist. Parents and caregivers are responsible for deciding how to apply the information within their own family context and for monitoring their child’s response to any activities or suggested approaches. By participating in this programme, you acknowledge that your child’s progress and outcomes may vary, and that no single approach works for all children, and what you put in will be what you get out.
I want you to feel confident in your investment. The You.We.Picky Eating Programme is built from evidence‑informed practice, years of hands‑on experience, and practical tools that many families have found supportive. While every child’s journey with food is unique, I guarantee that the programme will provide clear guidance, easy‑to‑use strategies and a compassionate framework to help you understand your child’s needs better. If, however, you feel,  after working through the materials, that the programme has not offered you helpful insight or achievable next steps, please contact me within 30 days. I’ll do my best to support you, troubleshoot with you, or help you work out what might be a more suitable next step for you and your child.
